- Conceptual Layout Development:

- Floor Plan Preparation:
The client’s requirements are translated into practical space planning and incorporated into the floor plan.
- Design Presentation & Review:
The proposed layout and floor plans are presented to the client for review, feedback, and clarification.
- Client Approval:
Necessary revisions are carried out based on client feedback until final approval of the floor plan is obtained.

Stage 2 – CMDA Approval
After client approval, the drawings are submitted to Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority for approval. We handle the complete approval process and ensure approvals are obtained in the best possible timeframe.

Stage 3 – Structural Design & Soil Testing
Soil Testing : Soil testing is conducted to determine the soil strength and the appropriate depth for columns and foundation.
Structural Planning : Based on the soil report, we coordinate with the structural engineer to finalize the best column positions and ensure a safe, efficient structural design.

Stage 4 - Construction
We have skilled labourers, site supervisors, masons, a site engineer, and an architect working together efficiently. Their teamwork, planning, and commitment help us complete the project on time and meet customer expectations successfully.

Our designing team then takes the lead, and the design process begins based on the client’s requirements, latest trends, and materials available in the market.
After detailed discussions with our internal team, the designing work is carefully planned and developed. Initially, a model is created and presented to the client for review and discussion.
Once the model is approved, we provide high-quality renders to help the client visualize the final outcome. After confirming every detail in the renders, we proceed with detailed drawings and finally begin the execution work on site.
